Jachen Hsieh
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Jachen Hsieh is the Technical Vice President of Foxconn’s semiconductor strategy team and the CEO of iCana, a key strategic member in Foxconn’s 3+3 plan. Before joining iCana, Dr. Hsieh began his career at an IC design house 30 years ago. He then spent decades in TSMC as the Technical Development and Fab Operation Manager. Following his tenure at TSMC, he served as the RD Vice President at VisEra. Additionally, Dr. Hsieh founded a company in optical communication for more than 10 years. Dr. Hsieh earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.
Vincent Wei
VP of Engineering and Operations
Vincent Wei serves as the VP of Engineering and Operations at iCana, where he is responsible for Si/III-V product development, application engineering, and supply chain management. He also supports operational affairs in the Purchasing, Production, Quality, and IT departments. Prior to joining iCana, Vincent worked in RFIC and power manufacturing in R&D, sales, and production roles for renowned industry leaders such as Huawei Technologies and Tong Hsing Electronic Industries. He holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Chang Gung University, specializing in CMOS RFIC design, and has more than 20 years of experience in both IC design and semiconductor manufacturing.
Wendy Hsueh
VP of Finance & Administration
Wendy Hsueh, a graduate of National Taiwan University, is iCana’s Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining iCana, she served as APAC Finance controller spanning 15 years at Magma Design Automation, Phoenix Technologies, and Synopsys. Wendy possesses vast experience in finance and accounting within hi-tech multi-national enterprises, plus 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business control at the corporate level. She is familiar with key tax rulings in China, Taiwan, Singapore, and India, as well as with SOX / ISO9000 compliance, software revenue recognition, project costing, and ERP user experience. Wendy is business oriented with a broad knowledge base in other fields too, such as HR, facility management, sales operations, legal affairs, and stock affairs.
