Join us at IMS 2023 in San Diego!
IMS (International Microwave Symposium) is an annual international event dedicated to microwave and RF. This year, IMS 2023 will be held at the San Diego Convention Center from June 11-16, 2023, and will include the IEEE MTT-S Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium (RFIC) and the Automatic Radio Frequency Techniques Group (ARFTG).
iCana is thrilled to take part in IMS 2023 after a successful showing in 2022. We can’t wait to introduce our latest FR1 and FR2 products and connect with attendees to build on the momentum from last year’s success.
Presentations
Our thermal design engineer, Ross Tsai, will deliver an invited talk on Thermal challenges in GaAs PA design for 5G applications at the RFIC Symposium on 13 June.
Products
We invite you to visit our booth at #2350, where we will be displaying our latest FR1 and FR2 products for 5G NR Wireless Infrastructure. You’ll also have the chance to speak with representatives from our team and learn more about our company’s solutions.
Demo
We will present a demo of our FR1 RFFE reference design for band n78 and n79. Featuring AMD’s ZCU670 platform with iCana’s 4T4R FR1 reference board, the demo will use Rohde & Schwarz FSW spectrum analyser for measuring the ACLR and EVM to highlight the great performance, power efficiency, BOM-consciousness, and pin-to-pin compatibility of our RFFE reference design. Our RFFE reference design cover all major 5G brands and can be easily integrated into our customers’ current and next-generation designs with minimal effort and cost. It is available now for customer evaluation.
