iCana Launches High-Efficiency 4W Power Amplifiers for Wireless Infrastructure
Taipei, TAIWAN, 21 Feb 2025 – iCana launches two 5G Sub-6GHz 4W power amplifiers for wireless infrastructure, the ARQSP2527-4 and ARQSP3742-4.
iCana’s new 4W power amplifiers details:
ARQSP2527-4 2.5–2.7 GHz 4W high-efficiency power amplifier is a high-efficiency, DPD-friendly, robust power amplifier designed for 5G NR FR1 bands n7, n38, n41 and n90. This power amplifier is fully matched at input and output. It is designed with GaAs technology and comes in a compact 16-pin 5 × 5 mm² LGA package. This PA features a high efficiency of > 35% PAE.
ARQSP3742-4 3.7–4.2 GHz 4W high-efficiency power amplifier is a wide-operational-bandwidth, high-efficiency, DPD-friendly robust power amplifier designed for 5G NR FR1 band n77. This power amplifier is fully matched at input and output. It is designed with GaAs technology and comes in a compact 16-pin 5 × 5 mm² LGA package. This PA’s wide operational bandwidth of 3.7-4.2 GHz is the widest operational bandwidth of any product in this power class, allowing a single design to address multiple bands
